Neopolitan Ruffle Headband

This sweet headband was created using pink gingham ruffle ribbon, brown and pink polka-dot grosgrain ribbon, floral trims, and a sparkling crystal. This is set on a flexible plastic headband for a comfortable fit. The underside will come lined in your choice of brown or light pink velvet ribbon.
