Due to the nature of our business and that our boutique items are custom made just for you, we do ask that you contact us with any questions before ordering.
If a boutique item arrives to you damaged, save all packaging and report to the shipping service provider. All claims insured, or otherwise, need to be handled through the shipping provider.
If an error was made by the designer (on your boutique order), then you need to contact us immediately to receive return instructions. Please DO NOT send anything back without notifying us first. A return will NOT be issued unless it is returned with our approval, according to our instructions.
There are no refunds on digital download items.
A 20% restocking fee may apply on non-defective boutique items.
All returns (on boutique items) must be made within 14 days of receipt.
