You should be notified by email every time an order is placed that contains at least one item that is sold through you. Please ensure that your spam filters are not blocking orders@tazetta.com or service@tazetta.com. You may also view customer purchases at My Account >> Selling >> Fulfill Orders. Please check regularly for orders placed on your products.
Order Types and Definitions
When a customer places an order at Tazetta.com, it is divided into "mini" orders based on seller. These "mini" orders share a common order id. Therefore, on your order fulfillment page (My Account >> Selling >> Fulfill Orders), you are only viewing the component of the customer's order that contains items sold through you. At Tazetta.com, there are two types of orders--ones that contain digital products exclusively and ones that include both or only boutique products. Orders that contain only digital products require NO further intervention by the designer. The download(s) have been given to the customer automatically.
Order Statuses
There are two types of order statuses. You will only be paid for orders that have the "completed" status. Therefore, your goal is to fulfill "not completed" orders so that they are "completed."
not completed: Orders that contain products that need to be shipped will have the "not completed" status until you ship the item(s) (see shipping orders below).
completed: Some orders will originate with the completed status. This is because the order contains all digital products and does not need further fulfillment. You will ONLY be paid for orders in the completed status.
Viewing Order Contents
To view an order's contents, click the "fulfill orders" tab. Each row represents a separate order placed by a customer. Products will be listed by quantity and type. Digital products (that don't require fulfillment by you) are represented in gray. To view more details about an order, such as the shipping address, click the "view" icon in the "actions" column. Read the other on-screen help for tips and other important information.
Shipping Orders
Shipping orders is a two step process.
Package Products: Clicking the packages tab (on the order view screen) or the make package icon (on the orders table) will bring you to the packaging screen. Select the products that you will be putting into one physical package. Multiple packages can be made, if necessary.
Ship Packages: Clicking the shipments tab (on the order view screen) or the make shipment icon (on the orders table) will bring up the shipment screen. Select the packages (that you created in step one) that you shipped at the same physical time. Click "make shipment." On the shipment details screen, enter shipment details. Entering a tracking number is REQUIRED if it is applicable. Doing so will allow us to verify that you shipped the item and allow customers to track their shipments.
Remember: you will only be paid for completed orders and making shipments is necessary to complete shippable orders.
