What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is very important to us!

Due to the nature of this business and that each item is custom made just for
you, we do ask that you contact us with any questions before ordering.

If an item arrives to you damaged, save all packaging and report to the shipping
service provider. All claims insured, or otherwise, need to be handled through
the shipping provider.

If something was defective through the designer, then you need to contact us
immediately to receive return instructions.

Please DO NOT send anything back without notifying us first.

A return will NOT be issued unless it meets with the reasons stated above and it is returned with our approval, according to
our instructions.
