I am excited to share another Fall family favorite with you. We enjoy this recipe all year, but especially in Fall. Even kids who don't usually get too excited over vegetables, love this version of squash.
Sensational Squash Bake
2 lbs. butternut or buttercup squash
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c margarine or butter, melted
1 T flour
1 t salt
Cut each squash into halves; remove seeds and fibers. Wash and pat dry with paper towel.
Mix brown sugar, margarine, flour, and salt.
Arrange squash halves on ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle sugar mixture over top.
